General Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead Bittele Electronic Technology Sdn Bhd’s operations in Penang. The role will drive overall business performance, ensure manufacturing excellence, and uphold the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all functional areas including production, quality, engineering, and supply chain.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain and improve quality management systems to meet industry standards.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance indicators.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee development.
