About the role

The Business Intelligence Executive will join Berjaya Sompo Insurance Berhad in Kuala Lumpur to turn data into actionable insights. Working in a hybrid, dynamic and fast‑paced environment, you will support reporting functions and help enhance the company’s analytics capabilities.

Key responsibilities

  • Produce accurate and timely business intelligence reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Analyse data trends to provide actionable insights that drive decision‑making.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve reporting processes and data quality.
  • Maintain and enhance existing BI dashboards and visualisations.

Required profile

  • Detail‑oriented and responsible with a strong focus on data accuracy.
  • Excellent analytical mindset and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills to convey insights to non‑technical audiences.
