Customer Service Representative

About the role

The Customer Service Representative will support order fulfilment for customers across the APAC region. You will act as the primary point of contact for quotations, order processing and delivery coordination, ensuring a smooth experience for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process customer inquiries related to product quotations and order status.
• Create, review and confirm sales orders in the system.
• Coordinate with logistics and internal teams to schedule deliveries and resolve any issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transaction details.
• Provide timely updates to customers on order progress and delivery timelines.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
