AI Engineer

About the role

We are a fintech company developing internal AI‑powered research tools for equities. We are looking for an AI Engineer who can move fast, take ownership of technical work from concept to production, and contribute to building cutting‑edge solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine‑learning models that support equity research.
• Collaborate with product and data teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Maintain end‑to‑end pipelines, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration processes.
• Monitor deployed models and iterate based on feedback and new data.

• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for AI and fintech.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high‑quality solutions quickly.
