About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Account Executive to join our team in Pasir Gudang. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates eager to start a career in accounting and invoice management.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare, review and process customer invoices accurately.
  • Assist with accounts receivable and payable tasks.
  • Maintain and reconcile financial records in accordance with company policies.
  • Support senior accountants with month‑end closing activities.
  • Communicate with internal departments to resolve billing inquiries.

Required profile

  • Recent graduate with a degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Motivation to learn and develop within the accounting function.
