Priority Banking Relationship Manager – Sibu

About the role

Join Hong Leong Bank’s Priority Banking team in Sibu and manage relationships with high‑net‑worth retail clients. You will drive revenue through wealth‑management solutions and cross‑selling of banking products.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deepen profitable relationships with existing and new Priority Banking customers.
• Market investment products and cross‑sell consumer offerings such as mortgages and credit cards.
• Generate new business through referrals and personalized advisory services, working with Investment Consultants.
• Grow the Priority Banking portfolio in line with segment targets.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Investment Consultants to deliver proactive, tailored financial solutions.
• Support the Centre Manager in market presence initiatives and achieve individual and team targets.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Banking, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Marketing, Business Studies or related field.
• Relevant wealth‑management licences: PCE (Life), PCE (General), CIELI, FIMM/FMUTM (IPPC is a plus).
• Strong sales drive and passion for success in a performance‑oriented environment.
• Proven track record and knowledge of wealth products such as unit trusts, bancassurance, structured products and dual‑currency investments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
