Invoice to Cash Internship

About the role
We are looking for an intern to support our Invoice to Cash (ITC) process. You will assist with daily ITC tasks, KPI reporting and audit documentation while delivering excellent service to internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Process daily Invoice to Cash activities and maintain accurate records.
- Support the preparation of ITC KPI reports.
- Generate audit documents and reports for year‑end reviews.
- Perform customer reconciliations on request from auditors or customers.
- Provide high‑quality service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with ad‑hoc support activities as needed.
Required profile
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
- Available for a 6‑month internship.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Strong team player with a high level of maturity and independence.
- Willing to work at Mercu Aspire, Bangsar.
