About the role

NXP is looking for an HR intern in Kuala Lumpur for 2026. The intern works on HR-related matters such as recruitment, employee engagement and HR operations, supports Employee Value Proposition activities and projects, and provides general administrative support to the HR department.

Required profile

Pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field
Able to commit to a minimum internship duration of 3 months
Detail-oriented, curious and eager to learn
Passion for people engagement and a creative mindset
Good communication skills in the local language and English
Open to working in a physical or virtual team environment with a multicultural team
