Credit Risk Management Internship – Mandarin Speaker

About the role

This 6‑month internship offers a hands‑on experience in Customer Credit Risk Management (CCRM) at BASF Malaysia. You will apply your finance knowledge while working on real‑world credit processes and digital projects, gaining exposure to a multicultural team.

Key responsibilities

• Support order management for pre‑payment customers.
• Prepare and monitor CCRM KPI reports.
• Enter customer data, including financial statements, into BASF systems and conduct basic financial analysis.
• Provide ad‑hoc assistance on CCRM improvement projects such as the smart credit optimizer.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Team‑oriented, mature and able to work independently.
• Available for a full 6‑month internship.
