Video Content Creator – Full‑time

About the role

We are looking for a creative Video Content Creator to join Redcliffe Production in Johor Bahru. You will be responsible for producing engaging video material that reaches our audience across multiple platforms, from long‑form episodes to short‑form social clips.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, edit and publish video content from concept to final delivery.
• Create eye‑catching thumbnails and metadata for each video.
• Collaborate directly with on‑camera hosts and podcast guests to capture interview and behind‑the‑scenes footage.
• Produce both short‑form (social media) and long‑form (podcast, documentary) videos.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style across all productions.

Required profile

• Passionate about storytelling through video.
• Self‑motivated with a strong sense of ownership over your work.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in video shooting and camera operation.
• Experience with video editing and post‑production workflows.
• Ability to design thumbnails and basic graphics for video assets.
