Transport Management Executive – Kuala Lumpur

About the role

The Transport Management Executive will oversee inbound and outbound sea‑freight operations, ensuring shipments meet customer deadlines, cost targets and regulatory requirements. Based in Kuala Lumpur, the role supports process improvement and risk management for our overseas delivery services.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute loading, consolidation and de‑consolidation for outbound sea‑freight deliveries, monitoring loading times and compliance with legal, safety and packaging regulations.
• Track shipment milestones, provide timely updates to stakeholders and manage correspondence related to outbound shipments.
• Assess service provider performance, transport reliability and feedback, and maintain accurate transport documentation and freight accounting.
• Perform similar loading, consolidation and monitoring activities for inbound sea‑freight to EMEA sites, ensuring site‑specific service levels are met.
• Prepare, verify and file all transport documents, reviewing additional costs and supporting cost‑optimal conditions.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate in Transport Management, IT, Business Studies or related fields.
• 1‑2 years of logistics experience, preferably in transport management.
• Strong understanding of supply‑chain operations, distribution and warehousing processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience with SAP R/3 (quality management and transport modules) is a plus.
