Senior Consultant – Kuala Lumpur

About the role

The Senior Consultant will lead and anchor engagement efforts for Infosys’ banking and payments clients in Kuala Lumpur. You will drive business process consulting, quality assurance and deployment activities while shaping value‑driven consulting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end engagements covering business process consulting, QA and deployment.
• Define problems, discover solutions and guide teams on project processes, deliverables and execution strategies.
• Provide advisory support on test approaches, planning reviews and domain best practices.
• Anchor business pursuit initiatives, conduct client training and build in‑house capabilities.
• Collaborate with clients to adapt solutions to evolving global business needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Experience with HPS PowerCARD merchant acquiring and issuing testing.
• Strong knowledge of credit/debit card processes, switches, scheme providers, POS, ATM, wallets and mobile banking.
• Understanding of banking processes and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent customer interfacing and team‑management skills.
