Head of Marketing, CPW Southeast Asia Cluster

About the role

Joining Cereal Partners Worldwide (CPW), a joint venture between Nestlé and General Mills, offers the chance to shape leading breakfast cereal brands across Southeast Asia. We are seeking a Head of Marketing for the CPW Southeast Asia Cluster to drive demand creation, brand performance and marketing excellence in Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines and Indonesia.

Key responsibilities

• Translate global brand and innovation strategies into cluster-specific growth plans and execute the annual marketing plan.
• Develop and oversee media, activation and agency strategies to maximise reach, effectiveness and ROI.
• Consolidate consumer, shopper and competitive insights to inform business decisions and optimise pricing, promotion and portfolio strategies.
• Partner with Cluster Sales and Customer Development teams to align demand-generation initiatives with channel priorities.
• Coach, mentor and develop a multi-market marketing team, fostering collaboration and best-practice sharing.
• Lead the regional brand agenda for KOKO KRUNCH® and MILO® Cereals, driving innovation, communication and long-term growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive FMCG marketing experience with regional leadership exposure.
• Proven ability to translate global brand strategies into market growth plans.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience in integrated marketing, media planning and agency management.
• Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams across multiple markets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, multicultural environment.
