Head of Environment, Health & Safety – MOAI Region

About the role

Ericsson is seeking a senior leader to own the Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) function for its Market Area SouthEast Asia, Oceania and India (MOAI). The role will shape EHS strategy, embed psychosocial risk governance and ensure safety and environmental compliance across field, office and remote workforces.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an EHS strategy for the NEO‑MOAI region, aligned with Ericsson’s global framework and regional risk profile.
• Lead serious injury and fatality prevention programmes, including critical control verification and precursor monitoring.
• Establish and strengthen psychosocial risk governance across all MOAI jurisdictions.
• Oversee workers’ compensation performance, managing premiums, claims and return‑to‑work processes.
• Manage a small specialist EHS team, providing leadership, development and direction.
