eBusiness Specialist – Online Marketplace Growth

About the role

The eBusiness Specialist drives Nespresso's growth on online marketplaces, managing promotional activities, product availability and brand content to meet business targets and enhance the digital customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute yearly content, feature implementations and promotional strategies across all eRetailer platforms.
• Manage commercial and promotional campaigns, including stock management, digital asset adaptation, setup, testing and publishing.
• Optimize the digital path to purchase, improving new‑member conversion from eRetailer buyers to Nespresso owned channels.
• Serve as the primary liaison with eRetailer account managers for campaign performance and day‑to‑day operations.
• Collaborate with Trade HQ and local marketing teams to ensure up‑to‑date content and product availability in line with brand guidelines.
• Track KPIs such as traffic, sales performance and conversion rates, and act on customer feedback to refine content and sales tactics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related commercial field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing eRetailer platforms or online marketplace operations.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to work with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Solid e‑Commerce business acumen with awareness of local market trends.
• Analytical mindset with experience analysing sales figures and performance data.
