Associate – CPG & Healthcare Policy

About the role

The Associate will join BowerGroupAsia’s CPG & Healthcare team, providing policy and market advisory to multinational clients across the Indo‑Pacific and Africa. The role blends client relationship management, research, and internal coordination in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support client management and relationship building across the Indo‑Pacific and Africa.
• Coordinate internal teams, manage project timelines and ensure delivery of high‑quality advisory services.
• Conduct research, draft talking points and client deliverables such as stakeholder maps and monitoring matrices.
• Represent the CPG & Healthcare team at webinars, conferences and external events.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in analysis, research and writing, preferably in policy, healthcare or consumer goods sectors.
• Strong understanding of Indo‑Pacific geopolitical and economic trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in native‑level English; additional Asian language a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple work streams and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic internet applications.
• Public speaking and presentation aptitude.
