主要职责

提供门市客户服务咨询，解答客户疑问。
回复客户邮件及在线信息。
接听电话，处理来电咨询。
协助客户查询订单状态及包裹问题。

任职要求

新毕业生或持有SPM/Diploma学历。
熟练使用中文、英文和马来文进行沟通。
