Undergraduate Intern – Process Engineering Support

About the role

SilTerra Malaysia is looking for an enthusiastic undergraduate intern to support its Process Engineering team. The role offers hands‑on experience in reticle preparation, data collection and quality monitoring within a semiconductor fab environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor focus and disposition of hold lots.
• Set up RCS recipes and assist in process qualification activities.
• Collect and analyse data for process engineers.
• Support reticle‑related tasks in the COMBO and Guardian housekeeping reticle rooms.
• Coordinate audit follow‑up, including shipment of reticles to external partners in Taiwan.
• Inspect refurbishment pods for wear and readiness.
• Participate in inline quality monitoring projects for reticles.

Required profile

• Diploma in engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to follow senior instructions.
• Willingness to learn and assist in a fast‑paced fab environment.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
