Undergraduate Engineering Intern – Process & Reticle Support

About the role

This internship offers a hands‑on experience in a semiconductor fab environment, supporting process engineers and the reticle team. You will work on data collection, analysis, and various operational tasks while gaining exposure to wafer‑level processes and quality monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor focus and disposition of hold lots.
• Set up RCS recipes and assist with process qualification activities.
• Collect and analyse process data under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Support reticle preparation in the COMBO + Guardian housekeeping reticle room.
• Coordinate audit follow‑up activities, including shipment of reticles to external partners (e.g., Toppan Taiwan, PDMC, TMC, TPJ).
• Inspect refurbishment pods for wear‑and‑tear and prepare them for shipment.
• Participate in inline quality monitoring projects for reticles.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an engineering diploma program.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Motivation to learn and support senior engineers in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced knowledge is a plus).
