Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for our clients in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment. You will own the full recruitment cycle, build talent pipelines and support HR administrative tasks while creating engaging social‑media content.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to offer, meeting clear monthly KPIs.
• Utilise LinkedIn, JobStreet, Facebook and XHS to identify and engage qualified candidates.
• Maintain HR administration, generate recruitment reports and ensure data accuracy.
• Create and publish social‑media content to promote employer branding and job openings.

Required profile

• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Ability to work independently in an on‑site, full‑time role.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
