About the role

The Service Desk Analyst (Incident Management) provides first‑line and second‑line technical support, ensuring that all incidents are recorded, diagnosed, and resolved in line with agreed service levels.

Key responsibilities

Receive, log and categorize incoming incidents.
Perform initial diagnosis and apply known solutions (Level 1 support).
Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for Level 2 resolution.
Monitor incident progress and keep users informed of status.
Document resolution steps and update the knowledge base.
Participate in shift hand‑overs and ensure continuity of service.

Required profile

Interest in IT service delivery and incident management.
Strong communication skills for interacting with end‑users.
Ability to work in a structured, on‑site environment.
