Senior Specialist – Meeting Services Support (Indonesian Speaker)

About the role

The Senior Specialist, Meeting Services Support provides subject‑matter expertise and day‑to‑day operational support for meeting and event services across assigned markets. This role ensures compliant, efficient delivery of meeting administration, vendor coordination, and financial processes while acting as the first point of escalation for complex cases.

Key responsibilities

• Act as operational SME for assigned markets, meeting types, processes and systems, providing guidance to team members.
• Coordinate workload priorities during peak periods, month‑end, quarter‑end, transitions, go‑live and hypercare phases.
• Review complex cases, recommend resolutions, and manage escalations with stakeholders.
• Monitor service indicators such as volumes, turnaround times, quality, and aging cases, preparing performance updates for governance calls.
• Support process transitions, knowledge transfer, documentation updates, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum several years of experience in meeting/event services, travel, or related operational support functions.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cases, coordinate cross‑functional teams and maintain high service quality.
• Experience working in a global, matrixed organization and handling compliance and financial processes.
