About the role

Join NXP's manufacturing team in Kuala Lumpur as a Semiconductor Assembler for Test Back End (TBE) manufacturing. You will work on a rotating shift pattern of four days on and two days off.

Key responsibilities

Perform baking processes for semiconductor components.
Conduct inspection of assembled units.
Execute scanning operations to verify product quality.
Handle packing tasks to prepare items for shipment.
