Sales & Technical Service Executive

About the role

The Sales & Technical Service Executive will drive sales while delivering technical support and solutions to customers operating in the MDF, particleboard and plywood sectors. This position combines commercial outreach with hands‑on technical assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the MDF, particleboard and plywood markets.
• Provide technical advice, troubleshooting and solution recommendations to existing and prospective customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with customer technical requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and technical support, preferably within the wood‑based panel industry.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Self‑motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
