About the role
As part of the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) team, you will report to the manager and support the team in managing projects and operational tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Support request fulfilment activities in planning and administration.
- Assist in delivering automation efforts across teams to simplify work processes.
- Participate in improvement initiatives, contributing to plans and timelines.
- Assist the team in tactical projects aligned with objectives.
- Manage administrative coordination of P2P initiatives and activities.
- Prepare documentation and presentation slides for assigned initiatives.
- Provide operational support to the unit as needed.
Required profile
- Commit to a minimum three‑month internship.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Linguistics or a related field.
- Demonstrate maturity, independence and strong teamwork.
- Proficient in oral and written English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
