Product Manager (AI) – Growth Focus

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager (AI) to own the end‑to‑end development and success of key respond.io product experiences. The role focuses on growth, driving activation, engagement and retention through AI‑powered features. You will work across Engineering, Design, Support, Sales and Marketing to align teams around shared outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own product delivery from discovery, scoping and PRD writing to launch and post‑launch iteration for areas such as Lifecycle, Workflows, Inbox and reporting.
• Translate customer needs, commercial priorities and platform strategy into clear problem statements, success criteria and delivery plans.
• Drive stakeholder alignment on priorities, trade‑offs, timelines and expected outcomes.
• Connect product analytics and customer signals to shape prioritisation and run growth experiments and campaigns.
• Leverage AI to uncover opportunities that improve user activation, engagement and retention.
• Coordinate go‑to‑market readiness, internal enablement, rollout strategy and feedback capture to ensure adoption.

Required profile

• 3+ years as a Product Manager in SaaS, with at least one year owning activation, engagement or retention metrics.
• Experience shipping AI‑powered features and hands‑on PLG growth work.
• Strong data fluency and ability to synthesize analytics into strategy.
• Customer‑focused mindset with ability to turn qualitative and quantitative signals into product decisions.
• Resilient, adaptable and excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
