Medical Product Specialist – Public Sector

About the role

As a Medical Product Specialist you will promote Servier's ethical, market‑leading products to general practitioners, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals, primarily within the public sector. You will be responsible for achieving territorial sales and growth targets through effective promotional and sales strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑quality sales calls, promotional activities and CME programmes in line with company policies and ethical standards.
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, positioning yourself as a reliable partner in patient care.
• Support the enlistment and growth of key and newly launched products, engaging HCPs in disease‑ and product‑centric discussions.
• Present clinical evidence confidently to demonstrate product benefits and treatment value for patients.
• Maintain accurate and timely reporting through the CRM system while ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, a science discipline or a paramedical field; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Non‑science graduates must have at least 3 years of experience as a Medical Sales Representative or in a similar commercial role.
• Self‑driven, proactive and highly motivated with a strong interest in sales and marketing.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets, strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Resilient, adaptable and comfortable engaging healthcare professionals confidently.
