Information Security Specialist

About the role

Lead the access services team and manage the Identity and Access Management (IAM) operation services for APAC, ensuring secure and timely access to systems and resources. Collaborate with global teams and drive IAM projects and new initiatives to successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage identity services related to accounts, roles, and access privileges.
• Oversee IAM and Privileged Access Management (PAM) administration, incident handling and troubleshooting.
• Lead day‑to‑day IAM operations, projects and deliveries with various stakeholders.
• Maintain functional documentation, support audits and review access controls.
• Provide IAM training and awareness to users and team members.
• Continuously improve enterprise IAM processes to adapt to business needs and technology changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT, information security or IAM (certifications may substitute experience).
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate across teams.

Required skills

• IAM and PAM governance products such as Oracle Identity Governance, SailPoint, CyberArk, Ping.
• Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Entra ID.
• Scripting with PowerShell and Python for IAM automation.
• ITSM tools and processes, including ServiceNow and BMC Helix.
• Microsoft Power Platform – Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate.
• Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, etc.).
