About the role

KONE Business Services is looking for next‑gen leaders through its internship program. This role offers a professional life experience before graduation, with the chance to work on HR projects, receive best‑in‑class training, and understand how KONE approaches People & Communications services.

Key responsibilities

Support P&C processes such as Recruitment, Talent Management, Performance & Reward, and Learning & Development.
Handle system transactions in Workday.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders.
Manage data and generate reports.
Drive continuous improvements in specific HR areas.

Required profile

Humble, receptive, agile and eager to learn.
Focused, quick learner, strategically prioritises work and committed.
Bachelor's degree in HR or any field with strong career interest.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, able to use formulas to automate workbooks.
Detail‑oriented go‑getter seeking a 4‑6 month internship.
