Foreman / Site Supervisor

About the role

The Foreman / Site Supervisor will lead daily construction activities on site, ensuring that work progresses according to schedule, quality standards and safety requirements. Reporting to the Project Manager, this role is essential for delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities to keep work on track with the project plan.
• Coordinate workers and subcontractors, assigning tasks, monitoring performance and resolving issues.
• Ensure construction work meets quality standards and complies with all safety regulations.
• Monitor project schedule, maintain daily logs and report progress to senior management.
• Maintain site records, material inventories and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce compliance with safety protocols.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a supervisory role on construction sites.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, quality control and safety standards.
• Ability to lead, motivate and manage a diverse workforce.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Capability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
