Digital Trainee Program – Marketing Automation & Data Cloud

About the role

The Digital Trainee Programme at BASF’s Digital Hub Kuala Lumpur offers a 20‑month rotational experience focused on marketing automation and data cloud solutions. Trainees will join a fast‑moving digital transformation team, contributing to global projects from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of marketing automation workflows.
• Assist in building and maintaining data cloud platforms for internal and external users.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver digital products and services.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute ideas to improve processes.
• Take ownership of small projects or sub‑projects and report progress to mentors.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing or related fields.
