Digital Marketing Associate, APAC

About the role

We are looking for an early‑career digital marketer with 2‑3 years of experience to support digital marketing initiatives across APAC. The role sits at the intersection of data, creativity and emerging AI technology, contributing to innovative programmes for a global insurer.

Key responsibilities

• Support partner marketing initiatives by collaborating with Business Units and external partners to drive joint campaigns and customer engagement.
• Monitor and report on key marketing metrics such as website traffic, leads, conversion rates and campaign performance, building dashboards with GA4 and Power BI.
• Identify and evaluate AI‑led marketing innovation opportunities, using generative AI tools to create and iterate on assets and establishing AI‑assisted content workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Communications or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in digital marketing, analytics or campaign operations.
• Hands‑on experience with GA4, Power BI, Excel and at least one major ad platform (Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads).
• Daily use of AI tools (Claude, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) for content creation, research and workflow automation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills; English fluency required, Mandarin a plus.
