Content Moderator (Khmer) – Penang

About the role

We are looking for a Khmer‑speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Penang. You will help maintain a safe and welcoming online environment by reviewing user‑generated content and responding to community inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Review and moderate content in line with social‑media policies and community standards.
• Respond to user inquiries with empathy, accuracy and speed.
• Investigate reports of abusive content and take appropriate action.
• Gather and analyse data to improve user experience and suggest workflow enhancements.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product knowledge and community guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline (fresh graduates welcome).
• Minimum B2 level English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
• At least 6 months experience in customer support or call‑centre environment (optional).
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, ability to receive feedback and work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Typing speed of at least 40 wpm with 90 % accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows operating system.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
