Business Capability Lead – Learning & Development

About the role

The Business Capability Lead will drive transformation of organisational capability by developing the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed for sustained high performance across Servier Malaysia’s sales force.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain capability standards, including digital competencies, and assess gaps with stakeholders.
• Design, deliver and continuously improve the Initial Training Course for sales teams, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Plan and execute ongoing capability‑building programmes, creating tailored development plans and maintaining training records.
• Partner with HR, Sales, Product and Global Learning teams to align training with business priorities and global standards.
• Champion digital, multichannel and remote learning methods, measuring and optimizing programme effectiveness.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in training, learning & development or business excellence roles.
• Proven sales experience and ability to design high‑impact e‑learning modules.
• Bachelor’s degree in Training & Development, Life Sciences or related field; graduate qualification in Life Sciences is a plus.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a track record of simplifying complex information.
