APAC BI Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on APAC Business Intelligence Consultant to support our commercial teams across the region. The role combines data‑visualisation, data‑management and commercial insight to drive a data‑driven culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, enhance and maintain Tableau dashboards and Excel‑based reports for APAC commercial teams.
• Operate and support the CV Portal, Data Cube and BI user access, handling change requests and issue resolution.
• Ensure data accuracy across systems such as Cognos, Salesforce and the Data Lake, and generate monthly management reports including the APAC Balanced Scorecard.
• Assist regional BI governance by cataloguing reports in Collibra, performing quality checks and enforcing data definitions.
• Execute daily customer master data operations, validate new records and produce data‑quality reports to maintain a clean CDM database.
• Collaborate with Global IT to deliver BI solutions on schedule and meet service‑level agreements.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with commercial acumen.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in a regional or multi‑market environment is a plus.

Required skills

• Tableau (dashboard creation and maintenance).
• Microsoft Excel – advanced formulas, Power Pivot.
• Cognos for data extraction.
• Salesforce data handling.
• SQL for basic querying.
• Collibra for report cataloguing and governance.
