Transport Management Executive – Kuala Lumpur

About the role

This position is responsible for managing inbound and outbound sea‑freight transport operations for our customers and sites across the EMEA region. The role ensures compliance with legal, safety and customer‑specific requirements while optimizing cost and service levels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute outbound sea‑freight shipments, including loading, consolidation and de‑consolidation activities.
• Coordinate inbound sea‑freight deliveries to EMEA sites, managing loading schedules and compliance with regulations.
• Monitor shipment milestones, provide timely updates to stakeholders, and resolve any issues that arise.
• Assess and improve the performance of transport service providers, tracking reliability and feedback.
• Prepare, verify and file all transport documentation, ensuring accurate freight accounting and cost control.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate in Transport Management, Business Studies, IT or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of logistics experience, preferably in transport management.
• Strong understanding of supply‑chain operations, distribution and warehousing processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience using SAP R/3 for transport and quality management.
