About the role
Mastercard’s Services organization is seeking a Staffing Analyst for the South East Asia region. The analyst will partner closely with SEA Cluster leaders, project managers and squad leads to ensure the Client Services team delivers on strategy and maintains high engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Process staffing needs at the cluster level, understand specific engagement requirements and coordinate prioritisation across product lines.
- Collaborate with Client Service leadership to assign resources to client engagements based on predefined criteria, optimising utilisation across clusters and markets.
- Manage internal system settings throughout all phases of the engagement lifecycle.
- Aggregate regional utilisation indicators, accounting for leaves, relocations and part‑time resources to provide accurate capacity data.
- Work with squad leads and people managers to consolidate performance evaluations and development needs, translating them into opportunities for delivery team members.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of Mastercard’s business and the payments ecosystem.
- Ability to work closely with senior leaders, project managers and squad leads.
- Analytical mindset with focus on resource optimisation and capacity planning.
