Senior Associate – HR Master Data Management (Korean Speaker)

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Master Data Management team, focusing on HR master data for Korean‑speaking associates. The role serves as the first point of contact for global employees and managers, providing guidance on HR processes and ensuring data accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve daily tickets via ServiceNow and Workday, maintaining system accuracy and timely updates.
• Process HR lifecycle transactions such as employment verifications, new hires, job changes, onboarding, referrals, and personnel file administration.
• Provide courteous, detailed responses to client requests while adhering to global and local compliance guidelines.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis, propose improvements, and support the creation and maintenance of SOPs, policies, and guidelines.
• Prioritize tasks, manage competing priorities, and meet agreed Service Level Agreements.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams on projects and stakeholder relationships.

Required profile

• Good understanding of HR operations, preferably within an HR Shared Services environment.
• Experience using HR systems and ticketing tools such as SAP, Workday, and ServiceNow.
• Strong administrative abilities with the capacity to manage a complex workload.
• Proactive, self‑starting attitude with problem‑solving and continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Fluent in Korean and English.
