Senior Associate – Customer Service Support (Order Management, Korean)

About the role
Alcon is seeking a Senior Associate to provide customer service support and manage orders for its eye‑care products. The role will be based in Kuala Lumpur after an initial training period in Seoul and requires fluency in Korean and English.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end order processing, including intake, validation, modification, and closure for sales, returns, samples, demos and equipment.
- Ensure order accuracy, compliance with internal policies and service standards, and manage back‑order communications with customers and sales teams.
- Monitor order status throughout the order‑to‑delivery cycle, identify delays or risks, and proactively resolve issues to meet SLAs and operational KPIs.
- Participate in process‑improvement initiatives, identify automation and workflow‑optimization opportunities, and support global and regional digitalisation projects.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- 1‑5 years of experience in customer service, order management or the medical‑device sector.
- Fluent in Korean and English.
- Strong expertise with ERP and operational processes.
- Willingness to work in Kuala Lumpur after 1‑2 months of training in Seoul.
