About the role
The Process Technician will support semiconductor manufacturing operations in Kuala Lumpur, focusing on reflow profile validation, pre‑treatment cleanliness checks, and monitoring of engineering lots.
Key responsibilities
- Validate SA Reflow profiles and perform pre‑treatment (OSP) cleanliness checks.
- Run and monitor Sphere Attach (SA) and ICOS system processes, including CZ testing and qualification activities.
- Track lot movement, perform X‑ray, CSAM, EDX and PATS inspections, and handle abnormal conditions.
- Develop and support new measurement tools, critical dimension buy‑offs, and calculate machine UPH.
Required profile
- Experience with semiconductor process engineering or similar manufacturing environment.
- Ability to conduct qualification activities and monitor engineering lots.
