About the role
We are seeking a Learning Delivery Analyst to join Mastercard’s Learning Experience team within the Sales Academy. The role supports the planning, execution and continuous improvement of both in‑person and virtual learning programs, working closely with Program Managers and Learning Designers to ensure a seamless learner experience.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Program Managers to coordinate program logistics, including vendor, room and AV equipment scheduling.
- Set up and maintain learning courses in Cornerstone LMS and manage virtual sessions on Zoom.
- Generate and analyse reports on program engagement and performance using Tableau or Power BI.
- Identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance learning delivery.
- Provide day‑to‑day support to learners, addressing issues and ensuring a smooth learning journey.
- Assist the team in resolving operational challenges that may affect program delivery.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience delivering learning programs in an L&D or HR environment.
- Strong organizational and detail‑oriented mindset.
- Analytical ability to interpret data and propose actionable insights.
- Customer‑service orientation with a passion for learning and development.
