Import Export Operations Internship

About the role

This internship offers a hands‑on experience in import‑export operations within a global business services environment. You will work alongside a multicultural team in Kuala Lumpur, applying theoretical knowledge to real‑world supply chain and logistics processes.

Key responsibilities

• Track shipment schedules and update details in SAP.
• Learn end‑to‑end shipment processes, including Incoterms.
• Collect, verify, and upload key shipping documents using Power Automate.
• Support automation initiatives to streamline work processes.
• Participate in improvement discussions and help develop action plans.
• Assist with tactical projects aligned with team objectives.
• Handle administrative tasks related to import‑export activities.
• Prepare documentation for standard and exceptional order‑management tasks.

Required profile

• Availability for a 3‑ to 6‑month internship.
• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proficient in oral and written English.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Team‑player with a high level of maturity and independence.
