HR Internship – Business Analytics & Digitalization

About the role

This internship supports Bosch's Human Resources function by combining business analytics and digitalization initiatives. You will work on cost analysis, process improvement, and digital projects that enhance HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist cost analysis, simulations, and forecasting for HR cost centers to support the Business Plan.
• Support cross‑charging activities and overall country HR topics such as Learning & Development and Resourcing.
• Contribute to HR digitalization projects, including data migration, process documentation, and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Create engaging media content for recruitment, HR events, and employer branding, ensuring alignment with communication strategy.
• Participate in HR process improvement, digitalization, automation, and policy research projects.

Required profile

• Candidate pursuing a master’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, or related fields.
• Availability for a mandatory 6‑month internship (specify period in resume).
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) with strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, creative, and able to work independently on projects.
