Director, Product Management – Consulting Services

About the role

The Business & Market Insights (B&MI) team at Mastercard is looking for a Director of Product Management to lead consulting and innovation services across the Asia‑Pacific region. You will shape product strategy, drive go‑to‑market execution and ensure delivery of high‑impact consulting solutions for financial institutions, fintechs, merchants and governments.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage product strategy, blue‑prints, roadmaps, customer experience, GTM, delivery, operations, KPIs, reporting, business case and product P&L.
• Craft value narratives and case studies that demonstrate the impact of consulting solutions.
• Design or enhance consulting solutions for fast‑growing network sales channels and scale them across multiple divisions in AP.
• Build strong internal and external partnerships to showcase strategic value and generate new business opportunities.
• Act as a generalist consultant advisor, guiding stakeholders on optimal implementation of a broad portfolio of consulting solutions.
• Support the development of large‑scale consulting offerings and ensure they align with customer value objectives.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in product management or consulting services within the payments or financial services industry.
• Strong track record of delivering end‑to‑end solutions at scale, preferably across the Asia‑Pacific region.
• Excellent strategic thinking, business acumen and ability to translate insights into actionable product roadmaps.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior internal and external stakeholders.
