Tentang Posisi

Assistant Supervisor FE ASSY membantu supervisor dalam pergantian shift harian di pabrik.

Tanggung Jawab Utama

Memastikan semua proses mempunyai tenaga kerja yang mencukupi untuk mencapai output.
Memantau dan mengaudit semua mesin selama pertukaran shift.
Mengelola kelompok QCC pada masing‑masing shift.
Melakukan audit setiap shift untuk memastikan operator mengikuti SOP.
Menjamin semua alat produksi dibersihkan sesuai jadwal.
Membantu supervisor memastikan operator memiliki locker, clean‑room attire, tweezers, dan password untuk tugas harian.
Mengirim laporan audit, aged lots, dan lot on hold.
Memastikan pelaksanaan aktivitas 5S pada setiap shift.
Melaksanakan tugas lain bila diperlukan.
